Seeing with Compassion

You ever need a break? In Matthew 14 and Mark 6, Jesus and His disciples just wanted a break. They were grieving the death of John the Baptist and had been very busy with ministry. But when they arrived to their "quiet spot" at a remote place to get away, they discovered a great crowd was there. So much for their respite! When the Bible records Jesus's response to seeing the crowd that was waiting for Him, it says He had compassion. How remarkable!
